Our guarantee is simply this: If for any reason whatsoever you are unhappy with your Pendleton blanket or other merchandise, just return it to us within 30 days of the original shipping date and you will receive a full & prompt refund or store credit ( your choice), less actual shipping costs. The merchandise must be returned to us in the original condition and packaging .. please do not remove any of the original tags.
