The Pendleton Day and Night Blanket is a representation of the traditional beaded stripe blankets. The red and blue halves representing especially sacred days and nights respectively. These blankets are still worn during these sacred periods. A portion of the proceeds from AICF blankets go to the American Indian College Fund.

Unnapped Blanket: The fibers of an unnapped blanket have not been pilled which produces a thinner and denser feeling blanket. Many of the old Pendleton blankets were unnapped.
